DescriptionJoin the team bringing your extensive experience using Jira strong organizational skills and a background or interest in finance. You will be the part of the Regulatory Controllers within Finance and Business Management and that the book of work is related to Capital and Financial Reporting in UK and EMEA region.As an Associate within the Regulatory Reporting Change Management and Controls team you will support the management of a large book of work focusing on operational efficiency data analysis and project tracking.Job responsibilitiesAssist in managing and tracking a large portfolio of items as part of strategic projects ensuring deadlines and deliverables are metUse Jira for project tracking issue management and workflow documentation. Preferably able to create and update boards manage tasks and generate reportsBuild and maintain Alteryx workflows to automate data processes and visualise them in TableauWork effectively with a large diverse group of stakeholders across multiple regions fostering strong professional relationships and ensuring alignment on project goalsIdentify and suggest opportunities for operational efficiency and best practicesPrepare regular status updates dashboards and analytical insights for managementEnsure adherence to internal controls compliance standards and regulatory requirementsRequired qualifications capabilities and skillsRelevant experience managing or supporting multiple projects ideally within financial services or consultingExcellent written and oral communication skillsExperience in using Jira to manage a large volume of ticketsProficiency in Alteryx for data automation and analyticsStrong analytical organisational and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverablesEffective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work across regions and culturesPreferred qualifications capabilities and skillsEducated to undergraduate degree levelPrior experience or understanding of finance or banking operations particularly Capital ReportingFamiliarity with other data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau)Required Experience:IC Key Skills Portfolio Management,Wealth Management,Financial Services,Hybris,Microsoft Word,Banking,Cash Management,Data Management,Microsoft Powerpoint,Securities Law,Microsoft Excel,Internet Of Things Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Finance Experience: years Vacancy: 1
