Job Title: Service Desk Engineer

Location: Bristol

Salary: £30,000


The Role:

  • Handling support tickets, resolving user issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for remote technical issues.
  • Provide quick and effective technical support to minimise user disruptions.


The Candidate:

  • Proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Knowledge of MS Client operating systems
  • MS Office 365, Office 2016, Office 2010, SharePoint


The Package:

Base salary: up to £30,000

  • 25 days annual leave
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Onsite Parking
