   An interesting opportunity for a global business with phenomenal growth in the last 3 years. The finance team have been based overseas and they have made a strategic decision to relocate it to London.    The senior leadership team and CFO (recently hired and based in London) are seeking extra support to help with BAU and numerous projects. These are focused on reporting, IFRS and working with the business globally. You will be pivotal to their upcoming change which includes seeing them through a an IPO.   We will be reviewing CVs throughout the process so please apply as soon as you are able to.   We are committed to ensuring the entire process is inclusive and accessible for all candidates that fit the minimum requirements for our role. Please let us know if we can make any reasonable adjustments for you at any stage in the process.   Role and responsibilitiesYou will support and work closely with the CFO (based in the UK) and another FC/FD as well as the  leadership team (based overseas) across their reporting. This will cover:
  • Working with the UK and Europe, along with the auditors.
  • Supporting the CFO with a future listing process.
  • Working with lawyers to provide the financials.  
  • You will use your technical skills in IFRS to support in de-merging parts of the business prior to listing.
  • Be responsible for the group month-end consolidation processes.
  • Manage one Management Accountant remotely.
  • Take ownership for the monthly reporting cycle.
  • Use of Netsuite

  • A Big 4/Top 10 or Audit background and with post qualified experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-finance.
  • Background in a global business
  • You should enjoy problem solving and working in a complex environment.
  • You will need to be a self-starter that can deal with change and be comfortable coming into an unstructured role.
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Available immediately/short notice
