We have an exciting new vacancy for aAssistant Conference & Banqueting Manager to join our team at Hollins Hall Hotel & Country Club Set in 200 acres of stunning grounds, just 6 miles from Bradford and 5 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport. This historic hotel has 122 spacious bedrooms, an on-site Bar & Restaurant as well as exceptional Leisure facilities and an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course.

Your duties will include.

• Become confident in your knowledge of what our hotel offers in terms of layouts, capacities and menus
• Set up and assist the client in the use of audio-visual equipment.
• Meet and greet event organisers and be their point of contact.
• Supervise, support and train the team
• Be an operational part of the team
• Provide the highest level of presentation of our event rooms
• Run conferences and events leading the operational team ensuring all runs smoothly.

The successful candidate will already be a supervisor or is experienced in conference and banqueting and ready to take their first step into a supervisory role.The role involves running events and overseeing the team and will also involve working shifts.
