For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hoursResponsibilitiesAbout the Role:As first point of contact within the service to ensure that telephone calls and visits from service users outside agencies and Change Grow Live Staff are dealt with promptly and courteously transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary.To ensure effective processing of correspondence/ data entry as required.To collate monitor and report data/information & statistics as required.To ensure that admin record-keeping and communication within the project are maintained.To provide effective prescription and general administration across the service.About You:Knowledge of general office procedures.IT literacy including proficiency in word processing excel spreadsheets and data entry.Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.Solid numeric skills.Good organisational skillsMinute taking experience would be an advantageWhat we will give to you:25 days holiday ( bank holidays) increasing annually for the first five yearsPaid Wellness hour each week along with a Wellness hub and Employee Assist ProgrammeContributory pension schemeA great selectionof benefits incl. discounts for shopping cinema holidays etc.Eligible for Blue Light DiscountsA friendly and supportive teamTraining career development & progression opportunitiesParticipation in our Refer-a-Friend schemePlease ensure that when completing your application form and supporting statement you reflect on the details outlined in the job description.
