Role Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong, successful background in sales and a passion to join FCF Academy (FCFA). As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic business relationships, and expanding our client base both in the UK and internationally.


This position offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to advance to Sales Manager and ultimately, Sales Director, based on performance.


The role will be for an initial probation period of three months, with the opportunity, following review, to advance to a permanent position with salary review and promotion as Sales Manager. Subject to success, this role may result in being appointed to the Board as Sales Director after two years.


The role includes:


Strategic Sales Development: Assist the FCFA Board, as a member of and part of the FCF Academy team, in all matters delegated.


Develop FCFA business partner relationships: Within the UK and overseas, to maximize the revenues FCFA receives from business generated through these relationships.


Build a sales strategy and plan: For the coming 12 months and forecast new client and revenue numbers and present to the FCFA Board.

 

- Program and Service Sales: Actively promote and sell FCFA’s diverse range of Programs and services to clients and build up the membership of the FCF Academy. Also come up with new ideas for new services and Programs. Current Programs and Services include:


-       UK Innovator Visa (Business Visa) assistance

-       UK Skilled Worker employment (Work Visa) support

-       Virtual Internships with UK companies

-       Our e-learning course library access for entrepreneurial and professional development.

-       Overseas university partnerships

-       UK degree application and study assistance (new)

-       UK Talent Visa application (new)


Collaboration with Digital Marketing: Work closely with our Digital Marketing team to implement effective marketing campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation for FCFA services.

 

Build your own working week: To incorporate business shows, forums (physical and online), partner searches, email campaigns, presentations, etc. With full support from our Board and FCFA Team.

 

Proactive Client Engagement: Take initiative to directly engage with prospective clients and partners, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving revenue goals.

 

 The ideal candidate:


  • Is based in the UK.
  • Familiar with CRMs – ideally HubSpot.
  • Has a proficient level in IT (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Understands the sales process and has a proven background in sales and customer service.
  • Self motivated and has the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Assertive and driven with strong work discipline.
  • Is punctual and presentable.
  • Has excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Confident, outgoing and can achieve sales of our FCF Academy services through a confident and assertive manner and explanation and promotion of activities.

Remuneration:


  • Salary £20,820 per annum + Uncapped commissions


This is a full-time remote role (based in UK) for a Sales Executive at FCF Academy. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the various programs offered by FCF Academy. This includes reaching out to potential clients, providing information about the programs, and guiding them through the application process.
