Our client is a fantastic travel business based in London.


They require an Email and SMS Marketing Executive to join their fast-paced, growing team. You will collaborate with the Customer Success team to deliver impactful email and SMS campaigns, support activity reports, and provide insights on data and campaigns. You’ll also work closely with the Head of Digital and the Marketing Manager to enhance user journeys, automation, personalization, and targeted segmentation and grow the database to maximize value for our audience and clients.

You will be creative and passionate, keen in email and SMS marketing, and desire to grow and learn.


As an Email and SMS Marketing Executive for this exciting business, you will:


Create and ensure the delivery of email and SMS campaigns.

Support the Customer Success & Performance team with partner campaign reports, providing insights and data analysis.

Produce HTML emails, primarily supplied by partners.

Create multiple emails using and developing templates for partner activities and traffic generation to our websites.

Assist with creative projects as needed.

Support event email campaigns.

Develop and implement innovative activities.

Understand and execute email and SMS journeys, focusing on automation and personalization.

Create and expand current and new data segments.

Conduct A/B testing to optimize client and internal activities.

Build and support multiple brand newsletters.

Adhere to best practices.


Who you are:

Enthusiastic with the ability to manage multiple projects at a fast pace.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Proactive, self-starter with a flexible 'can-do' attitude.

Strong communication skills to build trusted relationships internally and externally.

Passionate about design and visual content creation.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
