We have 32 delivery centers in 14 countries spread across 6 continents with 35915 employees from over 80 nationalities as of June 2018.Job DescriptionProcessing weekly and monthly payroll for employees in Ireland in an accurate and timely mannerManaging payroll related queries and resolving any discrepancies in a timely and accurate mannerEnsuring adherence to current payroll tax requirements and relevant laws specifically for Irish RegulationsCollaborating with the Time and Attendance team for Ireland to ensure timely and accurate submission of informationCollaborating with local HR teams in IrelandContributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededPreparing and submitting reports as requiredEssential CriteriaProficiency in relevant payroll software specifically SAP PayrollStrong understanding of payroll tax laws and procedures relevant to IrelandStrong attention to detailStrong customer service and communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel)Proactive team playerAble to work in a fast-paced environmentRequired Experience:Unclear Seniority Key Skills Data Entry,Paychex,QuickBooks,Accounting,10 Key Calculator,Paylocity,Microsoft Excel,Payroll,ADP,Administrative Experience,Human Resources,Bookkeeping Employment Type : Advisor Experience: years Vacancy: 1
