Youll be part of a collaborative cross-functional team developing and optimising synthetic routes for some of the most challenging molecules in drug development.Responsibilities: Design and optimise synthetic pathways for complex APIs and intermediates. Conduct literature reviews lab-scale experiments and support scale-up activities. Collaborate with analytical scientists to define and meet compound specifications. Present your work in cross-site project reviews and contribute to technology transfer documentation. Engage with global teams to bring your chemistry from bench to production. Qualifications : A PhD (or equivalent) in synthetic organic chemistry or a related fieldPostdoctoral or industrial experience is a plusA strong track record in developing synthetic routes to complex molecules.Experience with peptides oligonucleotides or ADCs is preferredDeep theoretical and practical knowledge of synthetic chemistry.Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.Meticulous documentation and reporting habits.
