Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive - UK/EMEA

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to serve the UK and EMEA market. You will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers within the assigned territory. The Enterprise Account Executive will work closely with our Solutions Engineer and coordinate involvement of Professional Services as required.



What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing the entire sales lifecycle.  Consistency executing a best in class enterprise sales process including a value creating discovery, compelling demos, stakeholder management, multithreading, mutual action plans, and closing.
  • Pipeline generation through systematic research, networking, referrals, and by partnering with business development reps.
  • Converting target prospects to sales opportunities by identifying alignment of critical business needs with company’s solutions and services.
  • Collaborating with Sales Engineering and Professional Services.
  • Maintaining and leveraging Salesforce CRM for opportunity and contact management.
  • Delivering accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting 
  • Leading virtual meetings
  • Traveling to meetings and conferences needed



Who You Are:

  • Five or more years of B2B enterprise software sales.
  • Track record of success and top performance.
  • Influencer with exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Team player with grit, drive to win, and fighting spirit
  • Professional with strong business acumen, growth mindset, and executive presence
  • Passion for a salesforce based solutions



Preferred Experience: 

  • Technical understanding of Salesforce and the SF value proposition
  • Understanding of and experience with the staffing and recruiting industry
  • German language proficiency



Location: UK, Greater London, remote

5 days working: Monday - Friday
