As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team and oversee the negotiation, drafting, and management of contracts that support our strategic goals.

What You Will Do.

As a Contracts Manager, you'll play a crucial role in managing the entire contract life-cycle, from drafting and negotiation to ensuring compliance and resolving contract-related issues. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to secure favourable terms and protect the company's interests, while also supporting operational efficiency and minimising risks.

  1. Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Develop, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure they align with Tracsis business objectives, regulatory standards, and risk management policies.
  2. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all contracts adhere to company policies and legal standards, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with project managers, legal, finance, and other teams to understand and address contract needs, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  4. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve contract-related issues or disputes with clients, vendors, or subcontractors, and manage amendments as required.
  5. Contract Documentation & Record keeping: Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and compliant with audit requirements.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline contract management processes, reduce turnaround times, and enhance compliance.

Who You'll Be.
  1. Proven experience in contract management, preferably within a software company. Familiarity with contract law and best practices is a plus.
  2. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders effectively.
  3. High attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  4. Proficiency in contract management software, MS Office Suite, and comfortable with digital tools.
