We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of special needs education.

About the Role:

Based at Overton School in the West Midlands, this permanent, part-time position (22.5 hours per week) offers an excellent opportunity to work with children and young adults who require speech and language therapy services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils
  • Hold a caseload of speech and language therapy clients
  • Contribute to staff training and consultation
  • Provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required
