This role will manage the leaders workforce strategy driving a regular cadence of meetings to discuss insights and trending around items such as contractor/ colleague ratios location growth and progress towards Early Careers Program (our graduate hire program) global placements. The Program Manager enables this through:Deepening existing relationships with the SLT and their direct reports through effective workforce strategy management and providing a service that supports their organizational needs.Supporting the enablement of best-in-class self-service tools to enable modelling of the workforce and automated dashboard reporting for our partners.Partnership with teams across ETS to manage a systematic end-to-end process to analyze forecast and plan the workforce.Deriving meaningful insights from internal data sources and external benchmarking.Identify solutions and drive talent recommendations based on senior leader needs.Collaborating effectively with partners such as Finance and our Colleague Experience Group and building key relationships to identify and manage dependencies.Manage outcomes by managing the details sequencing and preparing for meetings and events thoughtfully to drive outcomes efficiently.Minimum QualificationsBachelors degree.Strong analytics experience is essential with the ability to draw conclusions and make inferences from the data.Ability to utilize Industry trends and make meaningful recommendations.Excellent communication and influencing skills requiredExperience with senior stakeholder management.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in either Technology or Consulting or closely partnering with Technology is a plus.Strategic Workforce Planning experience and/or experience with people strategy or talent management interventions is preferred.Highly organized with experience running large scale programs.Understanding of Agile and/or Portfolio practices.Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the UK is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Marketing,Data Visualization,Tableau,Customer Segmentation,Microsoft Powerpoint,Investment Banking,Strategic Planning,Financial Modeling,Customer relationship management,Management Consulting,Google Suite,Analytics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
