Job DescriptionInpatient Bookings Administration AssistantFulwood Hospital PrestonFull Time 37.5 hours per week SummaryFulwood Hall Hospital was opened as a purpose built facility in 1986. In 2009 the hospital completed a 9m pound investment to refurbish and expand the site making it the largest independent hospital in Lancashire and one of the largest in the north of England.The hospital has six consulting rooms supported by a fully equipped outpatient treatment room a pre-assessment unit for screening and assessing patients prior to surgery as well as modern imaging facilities and a brand new physio and sports therapy department including gymnasium.The roleFulwood Hospital is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Administration Assistant to join our Inpatient Bookings team.You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.As the Inpatient Bookings Administration Assistant you will have good administration skills and have the ability to organise and prioritise the workload whilst working under pressure and part of a team.You will need to be a good communicator (with experience face to face and via email letter and telephone) and be able to liaise with staff and patients to the unit at all levels.The team is extremely busy and needs someone with proven customer service skills a commitment to focusing on accuracy and delivery whilst maintaining the necessary speed to ensure all tasks are completed.
