As Director of Studies you will lead the teaching team to ensure that those high standards are adhered to at all times and that teacher/student ratios are well managed. From induction of new teachers and new students through to professional development sessions you will work to attract and retain great teachers who will get the very best out of their students and will help us to maintain the excellent rates of recommendation that we enjoy across our schools.
