Client Overview

Our client is a hyper-growth Technology company who have grown their revenues by 300% over the past 5 years and tripled their headcount

Responsibilities

  • Oversee post-sale process, including but not limited to campaign set-up, pacing and delivery, incremental revenue generation and post-campaign analysis.
  • Lead preparation for campaign activation through clear and concise communication efforts with clients.
  • Analyze performance data to highlight key trends.
  • Be the main point of contact for all client communication post-sale.
  • Plan and execute multiple incremental revenue prospecting plans each quarter.
  • Assist in onboarding of customers to our self-service buying platform.
  • Help internal staff development through consistent and thorough knowledge-sharing exercises.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of proven hands-on experience at a digital media agency or Tech publisher, and experience managing paid social media campaigns
  • Have strong communication skills; verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs is a must
  • Client-facing experience working with both agencies and brands
  • Able to help develop and set best practices and help train other team members to stay competitive in an ever-changing digital landscape
