Associate, Infrastructure

As an Associate you will be responsible for conducting fundamental investment research assisting in building recommendations implementing fundamental investments strategies and monitoring and managing portfolio investments. You may also support the identification scoping and implementation of value creation opportunities by conducting research analysis and preparing presentations.Team DescriptionCPP Investments Infrastructure division directly invests in large-scale infrastructure assets that deliver defensive long-term returns provide substantial inflation protection and carry minimal substitution risk. The division typically targets regulated utilities transportation telecommunications data centers and energy sectors with equity investments ranging from C$500 million to several billion dollars. The team takes an active thematic approach focused on core megatrends with flexibility across risk structure and geography.
