We’re on the hunt for an ambitious and talented Creative Motion/Video Lead to join a fast-growing agency, specialising in immersive experiences and cutting-edge technology. If you have a deep knowledge of animation workflows, real-time graphics, 3D animation, and AI-driven techniques, this is the perfect opportunity for you.


In this hands-on, client-facing role, you’ll be responsible for leading the creative direction on high-profile projects, working across 3D animation, motion graphics, VFX, and interactive content. You’ll bring your expertise in a range of creative and technical tools (including C4D, Houdini, Unreal Engine 5, After Effects, and more) to deliver visually stunning, immersive experiences. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore the latest in AI technologies like ComfyUI, MidJourney, and Runway.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Creative Leadership: Lead the creative direction for a variety of video projects, from initial concept to final delivery. Ensure high-quality, innovative outputs that push the boundaries of what's possible.
  • Animation Expertise: Work across multiple animation workflows, bringing your knowledge of 3D (Cinema 4D, Houdini), real-time (Unreal Engine 5, Notch), and 2D (After Effects + Adobe suite) to create compelling motion graphics and visual effects.
  • AI Integration: Incorporate cutting-edge AI techniques (e.g., ComfyUI, MidJourney, Runway) into workflows to enhance creative possibilities and streamline production processes.
  • Client-Facing Role: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, present ideas, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest creative and technical standards.
  • Tech-Driven Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in animation, real-time graphics, and AI, constantly bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and producers to ensure the seamless integration of animation and VFX across all projects. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of creativity and excellence.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Expert Knowledge of Animation Workflows: Solid experience with 3D (Cinema 4D, Houdini, or similar), real-time (Unreal Engine 5, Notch, or TouchDesigner), and 2D animation (After Effects, Adobe tools).
  • AI Familiarity: A good foundation in AI-driven creative tools and workflows (e.g., ComfyUI, MidJourney, Runway), with a passion for experimenting with new technologies.
  • Creative Vision: A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to combine technical expertise with creative flair, creating visually engaging content across multiple platforms.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable working directly with clients, from understanding their needs to presenting and refining creative concepts.
  • Tech Enthusiasm: A keen interest in how emerging technologies can enhance creative production processes.
  • Team-Oriented: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ambitious: You thrive in a fast-paced, growing agency and are eager to take on new challenges.


Bonus Skills:


  • Experience with interactive media and immersive technologies (e.g., AR, VR, real-time interactive installations).
  • Familiarity with game engines or virtual production workflows.
  • Understanding of interactive design or motion capture techniques.
