The role will provide HSE advice and support to a portfolio of projects in the UK and further develop the positive HSE culture through engagement and auditing across a number of construction sites which will involve UK-wide travel. You will be from a construction background.Please note we are unable to provide visa sponsorship on this position.How youll make an impactProvide cost effective specialist HSE support and advice to tendering and project delivery teams throughout the project life cycleSupport the development of processes consistent with Legislation Group and ESI / Construction Industry best practiceProvide internal service for audit and inspection of projects and departmental processes to monitor performance & identify areas for improvementSupport HSE performance improvement strategies and campaigns linked to key business objectives & targets for implementation internally & through supply chain partnersProduce monthly HSE KPIs and management information for review and action by the Management TeamYour backgroundHSE professional with project/construction experienceQualified to NEBOSH Construction level in HSE ManagementConversant with relevant ISO standardsComputer literate & proficient IT skillsExperienced in the operation & management of business management systemsAt Grid & Power Quality Solutions and Service business at Hitachi Energy in Europe (HBUEU) Inclusion drives our culture of innovation and collaboration.
