Our client is looking for your expertise to fulfil a 6 month contract and take the creative lead and direction from their external strategic and creative agency/agencies, todeliver a wide variety of standalone and brand, design, and artwork projects via both analogue and digital channels.

Work in close collaboration with: all members of Marketing; other members of the Studio Team; the Head of Brand and Creative; the Instore Marketing Manager; the Store Design and VM Manager; the Commercial Team and the E-Comm Team, to design and deliver unique and compelling customer propositions on and off-line

Projects will comprise both customer-facing and internal communications assignments, including, but not limited to: branding/sub-branding; promotions (on and off-line); in-store activations; new store formats; training materials; company initiatives; packaging; web-related design projects (in conjunction with UX/UI and E-Comm Roadmap); emails; social posts; asset creation, etc.

Typical design and artwork activities will comprise, but are not limited to: mood boarding; design concepts; design development; finished design presentations; finished artwork; image retouching and asset creation


In line with the brand and creative direction set by our external strategic and creative agency/agencies, appropriately and consistently, present and develop each brand by adhering to brand guidelines - acting as internal brand guardian and champion

  • strong relationships throughout the business. Helping to engender a highly collaborative and supportive team culture, that gains reputation through positive example and demonstrating high quality output and reliability

Skills, Experience and Attributes Required:

  • 5 to 7 years proven experience in owning and delivering hands-on design and artwork projects of varying sizes
  • A creative problem solver, capable of conceptual ideas generation, as well as interpreting creative direction set by our external agency and brand work, right through to artwork
  • Someone who can understand and empathise with the customer’s journey through various customer missions and channels
  • Someone who champions our brands and design/creativity, but can be tactical and pragmatic when required
  • Someone with strong attention to detail and who can effectively plan their time and projects
  • Proactive and resourceful, someone who takes responsibility and makes things happen
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, collaborating across all levels

Essential: Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

Advantageous: 3D rendering using Sketchup and Adobe Dimension
