We combine expert coaching, real-world learning, and innovative curriculum design to deliver education that transforms careers and organisations.Purpose of the role The AI Business Solutions Trainer will deliver and own the learner experience for the Level 3 AI Business Solutions programme. You will act as a subject matter expert, bringing to life the AI components of the programme while ensuring all learners develop core digital support skills.You will deliver both face-to-face and virtual classroom sessions, embedding modern learning pedagogy, AI tools, and interactive approaches to maximise engagement. You will collaborate closely with the curriculum design team to develop, refine, and continuously improve programme content, ensuring it reflects industry best practice and cutting-edge AI applications.The ideal candidate will have commercial industry experience, strong digital/AI literacy, and proven ability to train and inspire learners.Key Responsibilities Delivery & Learning ExperienceDeliver engaging classroom and virtual sessions across all units of the AI Business Solutions (DST Level 3) apprenticeshipBring the AI elements of the programme to life by showcasing real-world applications and embedding AI into the digital support learning journey.Ensure the learning experience is interactive, inclusive, and aligned with the needs of learners and employers.Support employers in contextualising AI adoption and digital productivity for workplace challenges.Curriculum & Content DevelopmentWork with the curriculum team to iterate, improve and evolve programme contentBring AI concepts to life through case studies, examples, and real workplace contextEmbed future-focused AI tools, techniques and industry developments into deliverySupport scenario-based learning, problem-solving and applied project workStakeholder EngagementWork with employers to contextualise learning to real business challengesAct as a trusted AI skills advisor — helping organisations adopt AI responsibly and productivelyProvide programme feedback to internal stakeholders to support continuous improvementEssential Skills & ExperienceProven experience delivering training, coaching or facilitation (virtual &/or in-person)Practical experience applying AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, automation platforms) in a business contextUnderstanding of AI adoption in business workflows, productivity, service, or operationsStrong knowledge of data ethics, responsible AI and information governanceAbility to break down complex topics into simple, practical, workplace-ready learningExcellent communication, facilitation and learning-engagement skillsConfident using digital learning and collaboration platformsDesirable Skills & ExperienceExperience delivering apprenticeships or formal training programmesFamiliarity with project-based learning, portfolios, and workplace coachingKnowledge of pedagogy, curriculum development, and digital learning methods.Experience applying AI in workplace productivity, customer support, or project management.Understanding of Ofsted/ESFA expectations for apprenticeship deliveryRelevant certifications (e.g. BCS AI Foundation, Microsoft AI, Google AI)What High Performance Looks Like in this RoleAt Apprentify, high performance is about delivering impact, driving innovation, and building a culture of excellence.
