The Sales Executive Position:

  • Contacting prospective customers to introduce the company’s services and product range
  • Qualifying leads through effective questioning to gain an understanding of their needs
  • Reaching out to existing customers to continue nurturing close working relationships and identify further opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activity, ensuring all data is added to the CRM and up-to-date
  • Collaborating with the wider sales team to ensure all sales activity is consistent
  • Adhering to industry-related compliance regulations

The Skills and Experience Required:

  • Prior experience gained within sales is essential, preferably gained as a Sales Executive or Telesales Executive
  • Target-driven and results-orientated with a proven track record of reaching or surpassing targets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of establishing relationships and building rapport over the phone
  • Engaging and outgoing, with a keenness to go above and beyond for customers
  • Uses initiative to overcome obstacles
