Frankland Automation has recently partnered with a UK-based employee-owned logistic automation system integrator.


We are actively looking for a new business development manager to join the business, aiming to create new business opportunities within their existing customer base (primarily large blue chip companies) and identify new business opportunities within the UK&I market. They are a full-service and vendor-neutral integrator, meaning they'll offer the best automation technology for the job, regardless of who manufactures it. As a stable and well-known brand with over 100 employees and a 50+ year history in the UK&I market, they offer a secure and reputable work environment. Projects are typically valued between £4M-£15M.


Being an employee-owned business has a completely different feel from that of your typical multinational. There's a real motivation from the entire team to contribute, collaborate, and drive the company forward. The team looks after each other, and they have an incredibly low staff turnover. Due to the above, they have subsequently delivered consistent year-on-year growth and are known as a household name in the UK Logistics Automation market.


What are we looking for?

  • Experience selling complex solutions in the logistics automation industry.
  • Ideally located in the midlands, but we can consider further afield.
  • Does not require sponsorship.


Salary: £75-£85K + 20% bonus + car + profit sharing.
