This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with strong administration experience to support senior management in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Executive Administrator Responsibilities:- Provide high-level administrative support to the team
- Manage and coordinate diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events
- Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with projects and handle confidential information with discretion
- Use SAP to maintain records and data (desirable but not essential – training provided)
- Strong administration experience, ideally supporting senior executives or in an Executive Assistant role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- SAP experience is preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
