We want customers to receive personal relevant communications that create value for the business.If youre numerate logical and curious about customer behaviour wed love to hear from you.Within Customer Marketing & Loyalty team you will work within the Customer Marketing Analytics team in an area that specialises in campaign activation for No7 Beauty Company brands.You will analyse data from multiple sources to:Identify optimum audiences for our marketing campaignsBuild targeted campaign selectionsAnalyse the results for campaigns (across email/app/social)Translate your findings and present them to our business partners providing insight that shapes future strategies to improve what we do and lead commercial value.Improve existing processes and enhance efficiencyYoull work with teams across the business to help deliver the best outcomes for our customers.What youll need to haveRelevant previous experience or a degree with quantitative elements (i.e. includes statistics modules) such as Maths Physics Geography and PsychologyTranslate business questions into analytical problems using available data to develop a scalable solutionExcellent verbal and written communication skills - you will present complex results to less technical audiencesThe desire to investigate potential problemsOrganise own workload often balancing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneouslyConfidence talking to others and building rapport.
