The Role:

We have a vacancy for a SAP Support Consultant who will be a customer focused, solution driven professional. You will be enthusiastic, technically confident & resourceful. This role will form part of our global Customer Support Team and will have the ability to work both as part of a team and also the ability to work independently.


Duties include:

  • SAP Business One Support
  • Ownership of customer issues to completion
  • Work as part of a team to find resolutions efficiently and effectively
  • Proactively develop customer relationships
  • Analyse/resolve functional/technical issues.
  • Advise clients of features and functionality of SAP Business One application
  • Incident Management
  • Reporting, supporting projects and testing activities.


Location:

The role is hybrid.


Skills:

  • Experienced in SAP Business One is essential
  • Good PC Skills with a strong working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Previous experience of dealing with customers by phone and in person
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to retain ownership of the issue and relationship with Customers.
  • Must be flexible to take on new tasks.
  • Experience in SQL, Linux ideal
  • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal.
  • Fluent English speaker


Desirable Skills

  • Experience in Hana an advantage
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server OS
  • Accountancy knowledge is a distinct advantage.
  • Crystal reporting skills desirable
