They are looking for a paralegal to join their team to support 3 fee earners, with a range of administrative and fee earning tasks.

Day to day, you will be involved with:

  • Drafting, preparation and reviewing legal documents such as : wills, trusts and LPAs
  • Client liaison including attending meetings
  • File management - opening, closing, maintenance and archiving - using digital system
  • Administering probate matters
  • Case research and preparation for court in support of Senior Solicitors and Head of Dept

Ideally you will have Legal Assistant or Paralegal level experience in Private Client; although other areas of law could be considered.
