Job Title:Finishing Foreman We are seeking a skilled and detail-focusedFinishing Foremanto oversee the final stages of construction works on site. You will ensure all finishing trades deliver high-quality workmanship, maintain programme deadlines, and achieve a polished, snag-free handover. Key Responsibilities Supervise all finishing trades including joinery, plastering, decorating, flooring, and final fix. Drive the completion of snagging works, maintaining an up-to-date snag list. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure all works meet required standards and specifications. Monitor progress against programme and report issues to the Site/Project Manager. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance. Resolve on-site problems promptly to avoid delays in handover. Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organised finishing environment. About You Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman / Finishing Supervisor in construction. Strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain productivity on site. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Confident in reading drawings and understanding project specifications. CSCS card essential; SSSTS/SMSTS desirable. Reliable, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
