Prescient Group are supporting a leading retail organisation with Head Offices in Nottingham to recruit a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to supercharge their online sales and e-commerce initiatives.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the digital and e-commerce strategies. You'll drive online sales, enhance digital presence, and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
This role is perfect for a digital marketing expert with over 5 years of experience, specialising in e-commerce. Are you a Digital Marketing Executive ready to take the next step up?
As a Digital Marketing Manager You Will Be Responsible For -
- Strategic Development
- Digital Presence Management: Oversee and optimise our online presence across websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising channels.
- Market Research
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to refine strategies and maximise ROI.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Content Oversight: Direct the creation and management of compelling digital content that drives engagement and conversions.
- KPI Tracking: Track, report, and optimise key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the effectiveness of digital marketing activities.
- Budget Management
To Succeed In This Role You Will Need The Following Skills -
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing with a strong focus on e- commerce.
- Demonstrated success in driving online sales and achieving sales targets.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Proficient in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
