We are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join Prescient Group in a newly created, exciting position.

We are looking for a marketing professional who will work as an integral part of the senior team to help develop our branding, and awareness and support to grow our bottom line.

The role will work closely with the company Directors to design, create and implement the marketing strategy.

Marketing, digital campaigns, and PR for both B2B and B2C will be a large part of our large growth plans in the next 3 years. We are looking for a talented, creative, and ambitious marketeer who can bring marketing ideas and principles to our business.

The position has a scope to grow and develop as the business grows.

**Keys areas of focus**:

- Develop short, medium, and long-term marketing strategy - job seekers and clients (dual focus)
- Development of the Prescient Group branding - develop brand guidelines
- Development of the Prescient Group website - initial overhaul followed by daily ownership
- Development and management of our existing social media channels and explore new innovative channels that will enhance our brands
- Creating social media posts - photos/videos
- Writing copy and producing graphics to promote our vacancies and assignments across a range of media channels
- Creating content for specialist service lines such as service collateral and white papers
- Creation and design of branded marketing templates (seasonal, industry-specific, promotional tools)
- Promotion of key initiatives and external communications
- Researching our service lines and undertaking industry research
- Daily initiatives to create compelling marketing that develops talent attraction (branding, campaigns)
- Creating and attending networking events
- Create and develop regular PR campaigns on behalf of the business
- Digital campaigns to target new clients and support the sales cycle
- Producing podcasts, webinars, and weekly video content
- Analysing market trends
- Liaising with our external partners
- Work on ad-hoc marketing projects

**Attributes needed to do this job**:
Educated to degree level within a Marketing discipline

A minimum of 2-3 years experience in leading Marketing initiatives, preferably in a B2B, business services setting

Ability to use marketing software such as Canva, Photoshop

An understanding of Marketing and PR, operational priorities, and financial principles is essential

Experience in devising and delivering multi-channel marketing and PR campaigns within an agreed budget

Campaigns and digital experience are essential

Ability to identify vertical market opportunities

Contribute to and develop long-term Marketing and PR plans and strategies

High degree of flexibility, and ability to prioritise

Work to strict deadlines and an environment with conflicting deadlines
