Our esteemed client in Bolton is currently seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong customer service skills to work with warm leads and existing clients.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in call centre or sales environments
• Excellent telephone communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Consistent punctuality and a dedicated work ethic
• High level of motivation and a positive attitude
Primary Responsibilities:
• Managing inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently
• Striving for first-call resolution in all customer interactions
• Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Serving as a professional representative of the company brand
• Collaborating effectively within a team to achieve organizational objectives
