We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef Manager to join our team in Peterborough United Kingdom. As the Chef Manager you will lead our kitchen operations ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence and customer satisfaction.Oversee and manage all aspects of kitchen operations including menu planning food preparation and presentationLead motivate and develop a team of kitchen staff fostering a collaborative and positive work environmentCreate innovative and appealing menus that cater to our customers preferences and dietary requirementsManage inventory control costs and optimise food wastage while maintaining quality standardsEnsure compliance with all food safety and health and safety regulationsInteract with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns promptlyCollaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience and achieve organisational goalsMonitor and analyse financial performance implementing cost-saving measures where appropriateStay abreast of culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into menu offeringsMaintain accurate records of inventory orders and food preparation processesQualifications : Proven experience as a Chef Manager or in a similar senior culinary roleCulinary degree or equivalent qualificationFood hygiene certificationExcellent creative culinary skills with a passion for food innovationStrong leadership and team management abilitiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in food cost management and budget controlIn-depth knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulationsAbility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environmentExperience in menu planning and developmentProficiency in kitchen management softwareStrong organisational and time management skillsCustomer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiencesAdditional Information : For almost 20 years for every client in every location (whether thats an office stadium cathedral or university) we have created beautiful spaces exciting menus and friendly teams so that each and every customer can have the hospitality experience they deserve.We need the brightest and the best to join us to make this all possible.
