Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee operations
  • Develop and implement schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Monitor  processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including quality control, supply chain, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyse data and generate reports for senior management.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
