This role blends creativity, relationship building, and serious operational discipline - perfect for someone who loves structure, thrives with clear targets, and executes with precision.You’ll work directly with our Founder/CEO to accelerate membership growth, elevate our brand, and deepen our impact across the startup ecosystem.What You’ll OwnFounder Scouting & Relationship BuildingIdentify and engage the UK’s most exciting founders.Manage outreach pipelines with accuracy and consistency.Track conversations, follow-ups, and conversions with discipline.Content Creation & LinkedIn GrowthTurn community insights into compelling content.Work to a clear weekly posting plan.Use analytics to refine and improve performance.Community Presence at EventsRepresent TFN at our high-energy gatherings.Capture data, feedback, and insights with attention to detail.Turn interactions into structured follow-ups and outcomes.Process, Discipline & Targets - Read This CarefullyThis role requires someone who is:Extremely process-driven. You will manage pipelines, CRM entries, founder lists, content calendars, and follow-up workflows.Organised to a fault. You keep things tidy, tracked, and moving.Comfortable with targets. Membership growth and outreach KPIs will be a core part of your week.Motivated by hitting goals.
