Head of App is urgently required to join a global eCommerce business to help manage the app team whilst they undertake a digital transformation surrounding the design and rapid scaling of their mobile app platform. The role is based in London (hybrid working 1-2 office days per week) and is a fixed term contract (initially for 8 months) offering a pro rata salary of up to £135,000.


This person will take charge of a significant team (60-80 heads), with 8 direct reports. The business is undergoing a restructure, and this person will be in charge of maintaining the mobile app and ensuring KPIs are hit. They will assist with the future TOM with other members of senior leadership. To be considered, you must have proven experience leading a mobile app team on a transactional ecommerce app business.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience managing a mobile app team (with significant direct reports).
  • Experience managing a transactional app.
  • Extensive experience in ecommerce.
