Senior Account Manager - Commercial / CNI

Northamptonshire, Hybrid working - 1 day a week.

Up to £70,000 plus double OTE

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager for a rapidly expanding Cyber Security SAAS company specialising in providing cutting-edge solutions to prestigious customers in the government, military, and private sectors.


Many of their projects are highly confidential, they are undeniably impactful and contribute to shaping the future of cybersecurity.


About you:


You are a experienced and results-driven Senior Account Manager with a strong background in Cyber Security. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within the Commercial / CNI sector by identifying new business opportunities within the target market as well as managing and growing revenue in key customer accounts.


About the role:


-You will develop and execute account plans to maximise revenue and profitability from existing customer accounts.

-You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organisations.

-You will identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand the company's footprint.

-You will prospect for new accounts and develop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.

-You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive pipeline growth.

-You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance and recommendations on cybersecurity solutions.

-You will leverage industry knowledge and expertise to position the company as a leader in the cybersecurity space.

-You will stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity.

-You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers, product managers, and customer support, to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

-You will effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's solutions and services to customers and prospects.


What we are looking for:


-Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role in the Cyber Security industry.

-Experience in selling into Commercial, IT/OT, Industrial, CNI, Government

-Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies, with experience in areas such as cross-domain or data diodes, cloud security, and software solutions.

-Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a direct selling environment.

-Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
