Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with reservation inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and online channels
• Provide information on room availability, rates, packages, and amenities to assist guests in making informed booking decisions
• Input and manage reservation details accurately in the booking system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications according to established procedures
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing assistance and resolving issues as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or reservations environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures preferred
