Would you like to work for an organisation that really makes a differenceOur payroll team is looking for an exceptional payroll administrator. Youll be responsible for the monthly UK payroll which is managed using our in house software alongside two other payroll administrators making sure that our employees are paid on time.You will be part of a team and play a central role in our organisation so it is important to be a team player - collaboration is key Part of the role will be making sure queries are answered and there is plenty of variety no two days are the same.Youll have the opportunity to get involved with:Year-end returns - ensuring an efficient validation and reconciliation of post payroll output and the running of the costing files and month end reports for the Accounting Team.Creating reviewing new policies and proceduresReconciliation of month end payments to external agencies such as HMRC and our pension provider.Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week.
