Job DescriptionJob Title: Technical GraduateLocation: Omagh Northern IrelandSalary: 13.21 per hourA leading food production company is currently seeking a Technical Graduate to join their Retail Packing Facility at a site located in Omagh Co. Tyrone. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills and knowledge within the Red Meat Processing industry. As a Technical Graduate youll be involved in all aspects of technical operations including product quality safety compliance and customer standards with a strong focus on hands-on experience and leadership development.Key Responsibilities:Assist with implementing food safety and quality systemsCollaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues and drive improvementsEnsure products meet internal and customer quality standardsIdentify and report non-conformances to suppliersSupport New Product Development (NPD) including product trials and specificationsProvide feedback and training to operatives on product specifications and quality proceduresMonitor and report hygiene practices across production areasAssist in preparing for customer audits and visitsWhat the client are looking for:A degree or third-level qualification in a food-related subjectStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesPassion for the food industry with a specific interest in red meat processingFlexibility to work in a fast-paced factory-based environment Key Skills Campaigns,Animal Care,Anti Money Laundering,Endpoint Security,ABAP,KG Teaching Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
