An opportunity has arisen forReceptionist to join a well-established law firm. In this role, you will manage reception duties, handle administrative tasks, and ensure the office environment is well-maintained and welcoming.

You will be responsible for:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately or take messages.
  • Ensure information dispensers are stocked with up-to-date materials.
  • Oversee the functionality of reception equipment and report issues.
  • Support in the destruction of archived files and maintenance of the case management system.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Experience of reception and administration work.
  • Skilled in ICT.
  • Strong organisational and customer service skills.
