The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across Healthcare, Education and Residential sectors and many large-scale prestigious developments therefore having an interest in architectural / building acoustics is essential.Acoustic Consultant Requirements:Relevant degree AMIOA/MIOA and/or the IOA DiplomaRelevant experience in a similar roleArchitectural building acoustics in schools, healthcare and residential developmentsNoise surveys and on-site testing in buildingsReport writing, preparing calculations and processing noise survey dataExcellent communication skills, written and verbalAcoustic modelling with modern software packagesThe planning process and preparation of reports for Applications and to address ConditionsGuidance documents such as BS 8233, BS4142, PropPG, HTM 08-01, BB93, AVO guidance, amongst othersAcoustic Consultant Duties:Deliver project work from inception to completion for small to large sized projectsNoise surveys and on-site testing in buildingsComplete reports, prepare calculations, and process noise survey dataManage junior members of the teamLiaise with other parts of the business and external clientsBenefits:Competitive SalaryFlexible WorkingSickness/Maternity/Paternity Pay SchemesGenerous Annual Leave - Plus Buy & Sell LeaveCycle to Work SchemeElectrical Vehicle SchemeEye Care VouchersInterested?
