International Recruitment Consultant – Tech and Digital – Western Europe

With high demand and limited supply of digital talent then the role of the recruitment consultant is critical. Our aim is to bridge the gap between the brightest talent and the best companies efficiently and effectively – regardless of location.
Our International Recruitment team is looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to deliver into an existing client base as well as develop other parts of the market in Western Europe. Morse specifically, any experience across Cyber Security, Cloud Operations or Data Analytics would be beneficial as we look to invest and grow this successful part of our business in 2024. An expert in Linkedin Recruiter and Talent Insights we are looking recruiters with strong candidate attraction, resourcing and talent mapping. If you have mainly been working on the candidate side but have ambitions for more then we are very interested in speaking with you.

- Market leading commission structure with genuine year one earnings of £60-£85k and £100k + year two.
It would be nice if you have:
- Experience in building a recruitment desk in either contract/temp and perm or dual desk.
- A growth mindset. Be able to talk about how you have continued to learn and improve at things you have done in the past.
- Some exposure to international recruitment, fluent in English and any other European language a bonus.
- Ability to work on your own remotely and as part of a team.
