My client are looking to bring on an experienced NetSuite Administrator to provide support and expertise to their Finance teams.


The role is an initial Maternity Cover, but is highly likely to be made into a permament position as they look to grow and develop their NetSuite team.


Remote based role - May require occassional visit to London HQ | potential EU offices for essential meetings.



Role Specification:


To ensure that NetSuite consistently delivers up-to-date, comprehensive, and accurate data, to maximize process automation and efficiencies, while proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation within the NetSuite environment.


System Maintenance:

  • Validate and guarantee the accuracy, cleanliness, and structured organization of live data to ensure the integrity and reliable foundation of our data repository.
  • Monitor the data import process of our Datawarehouse.
  • Monitor the debtor and creditor payment data import process
  • Track other essential system processes as part of the regular monitoring tasks.
  • Keep NetSuite up-to-date by testing and implementing system updates and new functions promptly.
  • Conduct thorough testing of system updates and enhancements before implementation to mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaborate with junior application consultant and end-users to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement of the application support process.
  • Assist in the process of selecting, setting up, implementing, and monitoring new features, functionalities, and add-ons.
  • Act as the 2nd line response for internal complaints and issues related to the application.
  • and provide solutions for user requests.
  • Facilitate quick and effective issue resolution.
  • Support Financial teams, ensuring timely action on daily requests received via ticketing tool
  • Ensure tasks and projects are completed within agreed deadlines.
  • Take a proactive approach, identifying recurring issues and implementing preventive measures.


In-house Trainings:

  • Provide training to staff and ensuring that internal processes are up-to-date and followed by the teams and updating process descriptions
  • New users; encouraging effective daily use



Requirements:

Knowledge of and experience in Finance Systesm / NetSuite required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English

Time-management and organisational skills

NetSuite Administrator Certification is advantageous
