As the first point of contact, you will ensure a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and visitors while supporting administrational functions, event coordination and daily operations. Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities will include:
  • Support our residents in their day-to-day activities
  • Assist with activities and events
  • Answer telephone enquiries internally and externally ensuring that queries are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner
  • Collaberate effectively with residents, their families, and other staff members to ensure the highest level of service and support
  • Provide support to residents, their guests and visitors
  • Deliver a food and beverage service at a high standard in the restaurant
  • Hot drinks and bar drinks served as required throughout the day
  • Cleaning of communal areas
  • Greeting visitors at reception
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents
  • Undertake any activities that fall under the Health & Safety policies and procedures.
