Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service/administration or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritise the top clients and ensure service level targets are met for all customers.
  • To process and manage all quotes, job bookings / orders.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics Team Manager and Sales Team to ensure smooth customer journey.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of Customer Sales Analysis.
  • Proactively follow up quotes to enhance customer relations.
  • Handle queries promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
  • Build positive supplier relationships.
