YOUR ROLE

  • 7+ years of overall IT Experience.
  • Strong knowledge about MS-Dynamic
  • Knowing other CRM platform like MS-Dynamic etc. is preferrable
  • Strong knowledge about architectural principles
  • Strong experience in building IT strategy for the customer
  • Strong experience in turning solution proposals into reality throughout the process of development, testing, and deployment etc.
  • Experience in implementing large-scale, innovative IT solutions to drive business transformation.
  • Strong knowledge in building the target architecture for the customer keeping overall business vision in mind
  • Strong experience in designing the solution on MS-Dynamic platform
  • Strong knowledge in CRM domain
  • Strong experience in case management, channel integration, data ingestion, AI and process automation etc.
  • Strong experience working in AGILE methodology
  • Ability to manage the solution through its lifecycle
  • Strong leadership skills to empower the IT teams to meet project timeline
  • Experience in implementing large-scale, innovative IT solutions to drive business
  • transformation.
  • Help formulate the overall solution strategies and roadmaps
