MS Dynamics Developer

Job Description:As an MS Dynamics Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize business processes. Your role will involve system integrations, data migrations, custom workflows, and providing technical support for ongoing operations.Key Responsibilities:Design and Development: Develop, customize, and configure MS Dynamics 365 solutions, including CRM and ERP modules, to meet business requirements.Customization: Create custom entities, workflows, plugins, forms, and reports using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools.System Integration: Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using APIs, Azure services, and other middleware.Data Migration: Lead data migration efforts, including data mapping, cleansing, and importing data from legacy systems into Dynamics 365.Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Dynamics 365 applications, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, user manuals, and support procedures.Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest updates, features, and best practices related to MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.Essential Skills and Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing MS Dynamics 365 solutions.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP, including creating custom workflows, plugins, forms, and reports.Programming Skills: Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS for Dynamics 365 customizations.Integration Skills: Experience with integration tools such as Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and third-party connectors.Data Management: Expertise in data migration, data mapping, and data transformation using tools like SSIS, KingswaySoft, or Scribe.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem resolution.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.Preferred Skills:Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of SQL and database management.Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologie
