We are looking to grow our Finance team in our Crawley office, joining our established team you will be specialising in Senior Finance. You will be an expert in Recruitment, specifically for senior appointments across the finance sector. So, if you have a passion for Finance and Recruitment, this would be the perfect role for you

What could your day look like?...


We're looking for an experienced consultant with a extensive knowledge within recruitment to join our Crawley team on a Finance desk.


· Building relationships with clients

· Winning new business

· Managing vacancies from start to finish

· Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates

· Matching the best candidates to the best jobs



What you'll need to succeed:


  • Experience within Accountancy and Finance recruitment would be advantageous
  • Drive, enthusiasm and sales focussed mindset
  • Get up and go mentality
  • Organisation and Time Management skill
