We're seeking a future team member for the role of FIEQ Sales & Trading Senior Associate to join our Global Markets Trading FIEQ Team. This role is located in London, UK.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Trade execution and client coverage
  • Support FIEQ Sales team: client strategy, onboarding process, presentation materials
  • Internal reporting enhancement
  • Monitor client requests and liaise with appropriate teams for resolution/responses
  • Internal brand development and proactive stakeholder relationship building/cross selling
  • Gather and distribute market commentary and strategic content
  • Monitor and understand market & stock moves and micro/macro influences
  • Work with Tech and Product teams Globally
  • Support Best Execution/TCA development
  • Support strategic initiatives
  • Maintain market structure awareness
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • Exposure to FI, Equities & FX.
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure while maintaining a heavy focus on accuracy.
  • Numerate both in a theoretical and practical basis
  • Be proactive and agile in nature
