Additional Information : We are looking for an Audience Development Specialist to join our team at the Echo. Youll lead newsroom training and support on audience engagement and digital growth; spot trends and emerging topics early; and advise across the newsroom on formats and channels to maximise reach.Partnering with editorial youll be optimising headlines visuals and publishing strategies through datadriven recommendations and setting tracking and reporting on KPIs for growth and retention.This role is home & hub linked to our Liverpool hub so you must be located in or around Liverpool. About usHello were Reach.
